The Haulmark Trailer Facility Edinburgh is an 11 Bay Service and Fabrication Facility for B-double trailers located on a 21,000m2 block. Sitzler jointly designed the bespoke facility and includes design initiatives such as the ‘Degas Facility’ for the safe handling of fuel tankers enabling the potential explosive gasses to be removed prior to undertaking any maintenance and repairs.

Haulmark Trailer Facility

Haulmark Trailer facility Darwin ia a purpose designed facility accommodating heavy trailer manufacturing for in support of regional Defence infrastructure. It features 9 semi trailer fabrication / service bays over 1,800 m2 with a 20 tonne capacity overhead gantry crane with each bay fitted with dedicated compressed air, power, water, and swinging overhead welding arms. One end bay was constructed to house a 20 tonne truck chassis straightener facility - the first of its kind in the Northern Territory.

Chinatown car park is an 8 level, 500 space, car parking facility in the Darwin CBD. The completed facility includes lift services to all levels, symphonic roof drainage systems and self-dispensing ticketing machines throughout all levels.

The Australian Federal Police Headquarters is a two-level administration building. The building achieved a certified 4 Star Green Star rating representing ‘Best Practice’ in environmentally sustainable construction for both Design & Construction and was designed to provide environmentally sustainable performance parameters within the Northern Territory’s tropical environment.

The Cicada Lodge Eco Tourist Accommodation development is located at Katherine Gorge, in the heart of Nimiluk National Park, NT. The lodge includes 18 exclusive, sustainably designed large one bedroom eco units with a finish and design sympathetic to its surrounds and are linked, via an elevated natural timber walkway, to a Central Amenities building inclusive of dining, bar and luxurious pool facilities for the exclusive use of its guests. Cicada Lodge takes full advantage of the excellent vista of its unfettered proximity to the Katherine River.

B.O.C Gas Liquefier Helium Plant

The B.O.C. Liquefier Helium Plant project involved design and construction by Sitzler of all civil, structural, building and site services for the processing plant. The completed facility provides the client with 24 hour production capability using previously redundant by-product of the existing production processes at the site.

The refurbishment of Hungry Jack’s landmark store in South Australia included replacement of existing floor tiles, removal of ceilings to replace A/C system, re-installation of a new ceiling to 80 percent of the store area and replacement of cool room and freezer facilities.

Palm City Oasis Shopping Centre Palmerston consists of a 4000m2 Woolworths Supermarket and 5400m2 of specialty shops and mall areas. Fast track construction methods were developed to complete the substantial building works within 8 months.
