In this role, you will be responsible for the HOTO functions, compliance, and processes to achieve the desired outcome in a timely, risk controlled and cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Liaise effectively to drive outcomes with key stakeholders, internal and external to the business including Defence, Project Delivery Service providers, and Estate Maintenance and Operational Services teams
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Project Teams on HOTO procedures
  • Ensure that the project team are made aware of the HOTO requirements related to their scope of work and monitor their compliance
  • Provide recommendations and implement actions for HOTO non-conformances and opportunities for improvement raised in internal or external audits
  • Undertake and coordinate the compilation and submission of all as built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation ensuring compliance with client and defence requirements 
  • Collate all HOTO documentation for the project
 

Attributes and Skills

  • Recognised Certificate or Diploma and/or minimum of 5 years in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate outcomes and manage expectation with various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Nationally Recognised Construction Induction
  • Ability to obtain a Defence Common Access Card
  • High level of attention to details
  • Complete understanding of Management System Processes and quality assurance principles, methodologies and their application
