The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Gallery of Australia (ATSIAGA) is being developed by the Northern Territory Government (NTG) to showcase, protect, preserve and celebrate the art and culture of First Nations people, and to support social and economic development in Mparntwe (Alice Springs). The Gallery is an initiative which will fuel creative energy in the region to increase the diversity of art and public participation and provide the first national First Nations art gallery in Australia. Stage 1 of the project involves design value management, master planning and leading the concept design phase.Â
