SITZLER Pty Ltd pledges $250,000 towards Australia bushfire disaster
SITZLER Pty Ltd have donated $250,000 to various country and rural fire services in Qld, NSW, Vic and SA in support of the recent bushfire disasters throughout the country.
‘Whilst Northern Australia hasn’t been directly impacted by these bushfires, we are acutely aware of the challenges regional Australians face when events such as these occur.
Previously when disasters have impacted northern Australia, the rest of the country has dug deep to provide support in that time of need. As a construction business headquartered in northern Australia we want to do our bit, and in this instance that is directly supporting fire fighters on the front line of fight.
We appreciate the tremendous dedication, bravery and professionalism of all involved in the ongoing fight to save people, property and bushland, including members of our own staff in NSW and SA, in what has been an extremely challenging series of events’ – Steve Margetic, Managing Director
Sitzler have directly supported the following:
Lake George District Brigades NSW,
There are many relief and disaster funds now open and we encourage others to provide support in any way they can.
