As Chief Financial Officer, Adrian oversees strategic leadership, finance, administration, IT, and plant & logistics. He has held senior roles in ASX and UK-listed companies across engineering, construction, gaming, FMCG, and retail sectors.
A Fellow CPA, Adrian holds Master’s degrees in Business Law (Syd) and Applied Finance (Macq), and a degree in Economics (Macq). He is dedicated to driving governance, strategic growth, financial discipline, and innovation through data-driven decision-making.

Rod brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in civil infrastructure, delivering high-profile projects across Australia and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Engineering, and an MBA, blending technical and commercial expertise.
For 15+ years, Rod has led major infrastructure projects in sectors like roads, ports, rail, airports, and sustainable energy, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise in delivering complex initiatives. Since joining Sitzler in 2023, he has applied his expertise to guide large-scale projects from bid to completion.

Kim Storey, Compliance Manager
Kim is the Compliance Lead with over 25 years of construction experience, specialising in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance. She fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, empowering teams to prioritise safety, sustainability, and quality.
Kim works closely with stakeholders to align business goals with compliance standards, ensuring exceptional outcomes while maintaining trust. As a Chartered OHS Practitioner (ChOSHP) with qualifications in Environmental Management, she implements sustainable and safe practices.

Jason Miezio, Defence Sector Lead
Jason brings over 35 years of experience in working in Defence facilities and infrastructure within Australia and abroad. With a background spanning military service including operational deployments, tier one design management and construction delivery. His expertise lies in delivery of major infrastructure projects from strategy planning, design through to delivery.
As the Defence Sector Lead, Jason is responsible for oversight of Sitzler’s Defence portfolio and more broadly key government client engagement.
Jason is a Certified Practicing Engineer (CPEng) and holds a Master of Engineering Science and Global Executive MBA (Defence and Space).
Jo Norton, People & Performance Lead
Jo Norton joined Sitzler in September 2024 as the People and Performance Lead. She brings nearly 20 years of senior executive experience across the public and private sectors, including utilities, public health, and retail. Jo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has a proven track record in leading human resources, industrial relations, and strategy and reform functions.
Passionate about fostering positive workplace culture, Jo specialises in capability building, leadership development, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives. Having called the Northern Territory home for almost 30 years, Jo is deeply connected to the region. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as cooking, cycling, and camping.

Michael was appointed Director of Sitzler in 1991. He brings significant directorship experience to the company and has a strong focus on property management and development as well as environmental, commercial and retail management. Michael has led the strategy for the sustainable growth of Sitzler’s construction interests.

Steve was appointed Managing Director in 1988. Under Steve’s leadership Sitzler has transitioned from a respected local Northern Territory company, to a trusted national construction specialist. Steve has driven a program of cultural and technical change to create a high level of trust and respect in Sitzler’s approach to managing design, delivery and project completion.
