How to apply

Applying for our Graduate Program is a straightforward process designed to help you showcase your strengths and career aspirations. Follow these steps to submit your application:
Not eligible for our graduate program?
If you are ineligible at this stage, consider our intern program. If you are in your first, second or third year of study and would like paid work experience then reach out to our team.
STEP 1.
Check your eligibility
Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- You have recently completed (within the last three years) or are in the final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- You are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency
- You are willing to do a remote / regional rotation during the program
- You are willing and able to satisfactorily pass a national police check and pre-employment medical
STEP 2.
Prepare your application
You will need to submit:
- Resume – outlining your education, work experience and extracurricular achievements
- Academic transcript – an unofficial copy is acceptable at the application stage
STEP 3.
Submit your application
Applications must be submitted online through our Careers Portal by 12th October 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
STEP 4.
Application review and selection
Our recruitment process typically includes:
- Screening assessment
- Panel interview/s - in person or on Microsoft Teams
- Reference checks
