The project provides the facilities and critical infrastructure required to support a full Army regiment. The development involves the construction of a comprehensive military precinct incorporating new buildings, civil infrastructure and engineering services. Works include delivery of regimental headquarters, battery facilities, workshops, logistics and storage areas, fuel infrastructure, accommodation facilities, roads, utilities networks and security systems, together with major upgrades to power, water, sewer, stormwater and communications infrastructure.

Designed to support both current operational requirements and future Defence expansion, the project will provide a modern, resilient and highly functional estate capable of supporting long-term military capability outcomes.
