Meet Human Resources Manager, Tracy.

Tracy began her career with Sitzler in 2010 as a Receptionist, where her adaptability, initiative, and strong work ethic quickly became evident.

Her dedication and willingness to take on new challenges saw her progress through a variety of roles within the administration team, gaining experience in tender support, accounts payable, training coordination, executive assistance, management system document control, payroll, industrial relations, and human resource administration. 

n 2015, Tracy transitioned into the Human Resources team as a HR Administrator, further strengthening her expertise with a Diploma of Human Resource Management and a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS). As Sitzler continued to grow, she expanded her skills across the full spectrum of HR services, ensuring the company remains aligned with best practice and evolving legislative requirements. 

Today, as Human Resources Manager, Tracy plays a key role in supporting Sitzler’s people and culture. She is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate payroll services, ensuring compliance with employment and WHS legislation, and providing professional support to the workforce. 

Recognised for her can-do attitude, approachability, attention to detail, and exceptional time management, Tracy is valued as an integral member of Sitzler’s leadership team—ensuring that people remain at the heart of the business.Â
