Brett joined Sitzler in 2008 as an Apprentice Carpenter, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of construction projects in various sectors.
His dedication and practical expertise quickly earned him promotions to Leading Hand and Foreman roles.Â
Over the years, Brett expanded his skill set to include contract administration, quality management, and overseeing commissioning and handover processes on some of Sitzler’s most technically complex projects.Â
In November 2023, Brett was formally appointed as Sitzler’s Hand Over and Take Over (HOTO) Manager. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely completion of the handover and takeover process across all Sitzler projects.Â
Brett’s meticulous attention to detail, collaborative communication style, and deep understanding of technical requirements and construction methodologies make him an invaluable asset to the team. His commitment to excellence ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.Â
