The Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre was designed to build future leaders in sport with training areas, gymnasium and an indoor swimming pool to help with recovery. The centre comprises all one-storey buildings except for the gymnasium, which includes a suspended deck for education and office facilities. The centre also provides residential accommodation for children from remote communities.
