RAAF Darwin AIR7000 Phase 2B
Package 1 & 4

Client: Department of Defence

Sitzler Pty Ltd has recently been awarded the contracts to deliver the RAAF Darwin AIR7000 Phase 2B  $90M Package 1 (Hangar Facilities) and $50M Package 4 (Pavement Works).
The works represent a significant upgrade to the highly operational RAAF base, with the construction of a large aircraft hangar in preparation for a transition to Boeing P-8A aircraft by the RAAF.

Glossop High School Redevelopment

Client: Glossop High School

Sitzler has been awarded the Early Contractor’s Involvement (ECI) contract for the Glossop High School Redevelopment in South Australia.

This contract will be delivered as part of the Building Better Schools program across the state.

Currently in the design phase, Sitzler is working closely with the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI), the Department for Education (DfE) and Glossop High School stakeholders to ensure we provide outstanding facilities appropriate for the delivery of contemporary pedagogy; improving learning outcomes for students


USFPI Northern Territory Training Areas & Range

Client: Department of Defence

Sitzler have been awarded the Managing Contractor role for the $514M NT Training Areas and Ranges Project.

This project seeks to upgrade and expand the existing facilities at Robertson Barracks Close Training Area (RBTA), Kangaroo Flats Training Area (KFTA), Mt Bundey Training Area (MBTA); and Bradshaw Field Training Area (BFTA) to support the United States Forces Posture Initiative (USFPI) within the Territory.
Delivery Phase works are scheduled to commence in late 2021 and be completed in 2025.

Nightcliff Renal Unit

Client: NT Government

The Nightcliff Renal Unit is the main satellite centre for dialysis in Darwin and the greater Northern Territory

Sitzler are currently undertaking the $10M redevelopment which involves the complete upgrade and expansion of the existing facilities.

Work is being undertaken in a three-stage program to maintain continuous functioning of the existing renal clinic throughout the construction period. 

Stage 1 was completed in November 2019.
