SITZLER are a multi disciplined construction contractor that has been operating since 1976 and undertakes projects throughout the NT, SA & WA.

We are seeking a HR Manager to provide advice, information and assistance in all areas HR including training, payroll, remuneration, WH&S and industrial matters

Key attributes and skills:

  • Develop national market awareness and manage recruitment and onboarding functions
  • Coordination and administration of performance management, training, workers compensation, employee counselling and disciplinary action processes.
  • Design and develop a workforce management system.
  • Partner with education providers and industry associations, design and lead graduate and trainee programs, identify and implement training programs to advance employees.
  • Manage apprentices and trainee sign up, claim form, updating of apprentice schedules and monitoring visits.
  • Knowledge of current legislations and relevant awards incl. Modern Awards – Building and Construction General Onsite Award, Clerks Private Sector Award and Professional Employees Award.
